Refund policy

1. Policy Overview

As each piece is uniquely crafted to your personal specifications, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges (see Section 4 for statutory rights exceptions). Should you encounter any quality issues, please contact support@lifes7.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

2. Nature of Custom Products

  • Non-standard Manufacturing
Each ring is individually produced based on your specific measurements/engravings/design parameters, rendering it non-resalable.
