  • Final Sale: All personalized rings are made-to-order and exempt from returns/exchanges, except for manufacturing defects verified by our team.
  • Design Approval: Digital proofs will be sent for confirmation before crafting. 

2. Privacy & Data

  • Data Use: Collected information (name, address, engraving text) is used solely for order fulfillment. We never sell data to third parties.
  • Story Rights: By sharing your narrative, you grant Lifes7 non-exclusive rights to anonymize & feature it in marketing (opt-out via email).

3. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: All ring designs remain Lifes7’s copyrighted property. Personal engraving content must not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payment & Security

  • Currency: Charges are in USD. International cards may incur bank fees.
  • Fraud Protection: Orders requiring ID verification will be delayed until cleared.

5. Shipping & Risk

  • Global Transit: 10-20 business days . Tracking info sent upon dispatch.

6. Natural Material Care

  • Oxidation: 999 silver’s tarnishing is normal, not a defect. Our care kit provides anti-tarnish solutions.
  • Lifetime Scratches: Free annual brushing service available, but we celebrate wear as "soul patina."

7. Liability

  • Force Majeure: Delays from pandemics, strikes, or meteor showers (yes, really) exempt us from penalties.
  • Emotional Disclaimer: Rings may intensify nostalgia, spark existential crises, or attract curious ravens.
